We are moving on up! While we normally aren’t the type of people who gloat, sometimes you just have to set the record straight. Dream Living Realty has shown tremendous growth at a time when the majority of the brokerages have seen shrinking market share. What’s more impressive. We are doing it with less agents and by increasing the productivity (and thus sales) of our agents.

Active Rain

There was a time, prior to Dream Living Realty when we were just another real estate team. There is absolutely nothing wrong with teams and they continue to be a growing trend in real estate. In fact, you will find many agents no longer brand themselves alone, even if they really are a lone ranger. All of their marketing will carry the banner of the John Smith Team. That means that John has identified separate roles within his team, a marketing person, a closing coordinator, a showing agent, a listing agent maybe even a handyman. Of course, at this point he still wears all those caps!

Now, Dream Living Realty is still a small business, and I wear many caps at this point too, but those roles mentioned above are actually different people within our company, many of them are several people deep. But, I titled this blog Active Rain right? Well, I have made a committment to making everyone more aware of who Dream Living Realty is and realized that I have this highly search engine optimized blog out on Active Rain too. That was a good site for when I was marketing myself, but this is not about me, never has been and never will be. We have a new concept in real estate that is proven to be successful and while I have helped create that, I want to share with everyone, agents, buyers, sellers, banks, builders, the world what it is that we do and just how we do it.
