			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There was a time, prior to Dream Living Realty when we were just another real estate team. There is absolutely nothing wrong with teams and they continue to be a growing trend in real estate. In fact, you will find many agents no longer brand themselves alone, even if they really are a lone ranger. All of their marketing will carry the banner of  the John Smith Team. That means that John has identified separate roles within his team, a marketing person, a closing coordinator, a showing agent, a listing agent maybe even a handyman. Of course, at this point he still wears all those caps!</p>
<p>Now, Dream Living Realty is still a small business, and I wear many caps at this point too, but those roles mentioned above are actually different people within our company, many of them are several people deep. But, I titled this blog Active Rain right? Well, I have made a committment to making everyone more aware of who Dream Living Realty is and realized that I have this highly search engine optimized blog out on Active Rain too. That was a good site for when I was marketing myself, but this is not about me, never has been and never will be. We have a new concept in real estate that is proven to be successful and while I have helped create that, I want to share with everyone, agents, buyers, sellers, banks, builders, the world what it is that we do and just how we do it.</p>
